Building, fencing, installing a pool or driveway? We open up overgrown lots, clear sightlines, and prep raw land for what comes next — without bulldozer-level disruption.
Lots from Sherborn and Dover down through Plainville, Wrentham, Foxborough, and Franklin, and out to Middleborough, Carver, and Lakeville often come with vegetation that's been growing untouched for years — sometimes decades. Buyers and builders need that out of the way before any real work starts.
We clear residential building lots, ADU and garage sites, driveway corridors, septic and well sites, and the perimeter you need clean before fence crews or landscapers arrive. The work is fast and the result is clean — no slash piles, no waiting on a debris hauler.
Selling raw land? A cleared lot lets a buyer see what they're actually getting. The agents and buyers we work with in Weston, Sherborn, Dover, Sudbury, Wayland, and Concord will tell you the same thing — and the same goes for buyers in Mansfield, Easton, and Norton. Brush hiding the topo loses the sale.
Traditional site prep means an excavator, a crew of laborers, a chipper, multiple debris trucks, and stump grinding after. Three crews, multiple days, dump fees, a lot of trips in and out.
Forestry mulching does it with one tracked machine in one pass. Trees up to 8 inches go down in place, brush is ground to mulch, stumps come out clean to grade. What's left is usable ground — a mulch layer that protects the soil until the next trade arrives.
For builders in Attleboro, North Attleborough, and Seekonk — and for the high-end custom shops working in Bolton, Harvard, Stow, Carlisle, and Lincoln — that translates to a faster path from purchase to permit to pour.
We work on residential, commercial, and pre-development land. Here's the most common ask list.
Clearing raw residential lots for new construction. We coordinate with your site civil, your excavator, and your timeline so the pad is ready when you need it.
Smaller-footprint clearing for accessory buildings, detached garages, or workshop sites. Selective clearing keeps the trees you want around the new structure.
Cutting new driveways through wooded property or widening existing access. Common on larger parcels in Rehoboth, Sherborn, Dover, Carlisle, Bolton, Middleborough, and Carver.
Clearing the working area for septic field installation or well drilling. Access for the rig, clean staging for the work.
Clearing the backyard footprint for an inground pool, patio, or hardscape install. We work cleanly so your landscaper inherits usable ground, not a debris field.
Opening overgrown property lines before fence crews arrive. Common on equestrian properties in Sherborn, Medfield, Holliston, Dover, Hopkinton, Hanover, and Duxbury.
Restoring views from the house, opening up the property to feel like the acreage you bought. Selective work — we clear what you want gone and leave what you want kept.
Brush-clearing before listing. Cleared land sells faster and at a better price. We've done this work all over Mansfield and Norton, on multi-acre Middleborough and Carver parcels, and on the high-end Weston-to-Dover MetroWest corridor.
From first call to finished property, here's what to expect.
We walk the property with you (and your builder, civil, or landscaper if you want), talk through the scope and the constraints, and write up a flat-price proposal — usually within 48 hours.
We work ahead of your timeline. If you have an excavator coming next month and a fence crew the week after, we'll fit between them so nobody is fighting brush.
The tracked machine works the area methodically. Most lot clearing jobs run one to three days depending on density and access. No hauling trucks rolling in and out of your neighborhood.
We walk the cleared site with you before we pull off. If your next trade is ready, the ground is ready for them. If you're not building right away, the mulch layer holds the soil and suppresses regrowth.
A few details about the lot — rough acreage, what you're planning to build, your timeline — and we'll set up a free assessment. No commitment, no sales pitch, just a flat-price proposal.
If we don't pick up, we're in the machine. Leave a message — we'll call right back.
